2011 Redlands Bluegrass Convention

With persuasion from Phil I braved the cold night to squeeze into the giant marquee in bushlands of Kindilan Scouts reserve Mt Cotton. Once arriving the vibes are great with musicians jamming everywhere. Around the marquee was welcoming stalls with homemade soup by Nerida Wills, hot chocolate, coffees for those who stayed up jamming all night. Most popular is Cilla Wills famous Mulled Wine which warms down to the toes. Everyone soon forgot the cold with famous groups like “Hard Drive”, hot from USA “New Worlds” and Cool Grass and many more. Can’t wait for 2012.

Phil has captured on video Friday Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening concerts at Great prices. See more online: http://www.vidpicpro.com/peoples-passions.html

Jules Black & Bling Masquerade

Another 21st, oops,  cameras never lie.   The lights were low, music loud, lots of  fun friends that were set on a good time even if to get warm.  Phil and Ross were sensational on the guitars too.  Thank you everyone for sharing a fun night with Phil and I.

MGPS Beginners Group are growing sharp shooters

The MGPS had our monthly judging last night.   How proud I was when our beginners group members were given merits and honours for their prints and digital images.  My  ofsider and assistant Peter Ryan was promoted to a higher level starting this month and took out a number of awards as well as the Print of the Night.  Great work everyone.
